US News & World Report has compiled a ranking of the best places to live in the United States for 2018, writes Business Insider.

Researchers estimated cities by five indices – labor market, cost, quality of life, level of migration. The “Value” assessment includes the correlation between the annual income and the cost of living, and the “quality of life” takes into account the crime rate and readiness for learning.
