You can also pre-book a ticket on the UIA website and pay for it at one of the airline’s ticket offices in Ukraine and abroad. Please note that payment can only be made at the specified box office.

Having booked a ticket on the UIA website, you can make a payment at the box office on the territory of Ukraine within 48 hours from the moment of booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Reservations must be made no later than 5 days before departure. For advance online booking with a subsequent payment at the UIA ticket office, the ticket must be paid within 48 hours from the time of booking. For more details, see the section Payment methods.
