Ingredients for "Pasta with mushrooms in cream sauce":

  • Pasta / Macaroni (cockleshells) – 350 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 200 g
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic – 3 tooth.
  • Cream (Parmalat for sauce 23%) – 200 ml
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Cream Cheese – 50 g
  • Spices (I have Italian herbs)
  • Salt

Time for preparing: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

Recipe "Pasta with mushrooms in cream sauce":

Prepare all the necessary products. Put a pot of water on the fire

Cut the mushrooms into slices

Put the pan on the stove, heat the oil in it

Fry the mushrooms until golden brown

Meanwhile, pour the pasta into boiling salted water. It is very important – DO NOT digest!

Add finely chopped garlic to the pan with mushrooms, fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour the cream. Salt

If desired, the sauce can be diluted with a small amount of milk, so it will become more silky. Mix.

A couple of minutes before being ready to fold the pasta into a colander and add them to the creamy mushroom sauce. Mix.

It remains only to add the grated cheese and season with all the spices. Wait until the cheese disperses. Everything, you can serve the dish to the table.
