Take the following ingredients: catfish, salt, ground black pepper, sunflower oil, lemon juice, breadcrumbs.

Hold the catfish steak at room temperature until it is completely defrosted. Rinse, dry. Season with salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

Bread on both sides in breadcrumbs.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Lay the catfish steak. Fry on medium heat until golden brown, on both sides.
