I. General provisions and scope

Sanitary rules apply to organizations conducting educational activities on adapted basic general education programs for students with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as organizations for students with disabilities) with full-time or round-the-clock (year-round) stay in them with disabilities, and also apply to individual classes and / or groups for students with disabilities, including after-school groups organized in educational institutions.

– equipment and maintenance of the organization;

– building and equipment of the premises;

– natural and artificial lighting;

– water supply and sanitation;

– organization of educational activities and daily routine;

– living conditions of students with disabilities in the organization;

– organization of medical care for students with disabilities;

– sanitary condition and maintenance of premises;

– passing prophylactic medical examinations,

– hygienic education and training, personal hygiene staff.

The previously constructed buildings of organizations for students with disabilities, as well as buildings adapted for students with disabilities, are operated in accordance with the projects for which they were built.

When creating pre-school educational organizations for children with disabilities, it is recommended to provide a single complex of institutions (kindergarten-school) in one area with the placement of each of these institutions in a separate building or block.

Ii. Requirements for the placement of the organization for students with disabilities

To ensure regulatory levels of insolation and natural lighting of premises when placing buildings for organizations with students with disabilities, sanitary breaks from residential and public buildings should be observed in accordance with the requirements established by sanitary rules * (2).

It is allowed to transport students with disabilities with transport equipped for transporting children with disabilities.

Iii. Requirements for equipment and maintenance of the territory

When gardening is not allowed the use of poisonous and prickly plants. Green areas (trees, shrubs) should not reduce the natural light in rooms for children.

On the territory of the newly constructed and reconstructed buildings of the organization for students with disabilities equipped with a parking lot of vehicles intended for the transportation of students.

Allocation of an educational and experimental zone is allowed.

For storage of wheelchairs, sleds, bicycles, toys used in the territory, a special room or place is equipped.

The equipment of the physical culture and sports zone must ensure the implementation of training programs in physical culture, the conduct of sectional sports activities and recreational activities and correspond to the height and age of students.

The synthetic and polymeric materials used as a cover for sports and sports grounds should be harmless to human health.

Classes at wet sites are not held.

The economic zone is located at the entrance to the production premises of the dining room. On the territory of the economic zone it is allowed to place: a garage, a vegetable storage, storage rooms, places for drying clothes and knocking out carpet products. In the absence of heating and centralized water supply, a boiler room and water supply facilities can be located on the territory of the economic zone.

Cleaning of waste bins is made when they are filled for 2/3 of the volume.

The cover of the driveways, approaches and tracks should be smooth, without gaps and defects.

In winter, clearing the area of ​​snow (approaches to the building, the trainees’ movement paths, paths, recreation areas and games) is carried out as needed, the use of chemicals is not allowed.

Every year, in the spring in the sandbox is a complete change of sand. The newly imported sand must comply with hygienic standards for parasitological, microbiological, sanitary-chemical, radiological indicators.

Iv. Building and equipment requirements

The capacity of previously constructed buildings should not exceed the design.

In buildings, special devices are provided with enclosing structures on all sides, multi-level railings, ramps, elevators that ensure the movement of students inside the building; specially equipped bathrooms, sufficiently wide entrances to educational and other rooms, single-level floors in all rooms, no thresholds.

When designing a recreation area in the form of halls, the area is set at the rate of 2 per student.

It is allowed for medical reasons to conduct training in bedrooms with special equipment and additional artificial lighting.

During the operation of the pool, sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the design of swimming pools, their operation, the quality of swimming pool water quality and quality control * (7) must be observed.

Hangers for individual towels are placed next to the washbasins. Soap, toilet paper and towels should be available at all times.

Use of electric or paper towels is allowed.

For living girls and boys, students of basic general and secondary education, it is recommended to have bedrooms in different blocks or on different floors.

Living rooms (bedrooms) are equipped with stationary beds with a hard bed, bedside tables, wardrobes for storing personal belongings (clothes and shoes), bedside rugs. Allowed to install tables and chairs.

The number of bedside cabinets should correspond to the number of residents.

Beds should correspond to the age-specific features of students with disabilities.

It is not allowed to use folding and convertible (pull-out, roll-out) beds.

Personnel are equipped with separate sanitary facilities.

Hangers for individual towels are placed next to the washbasins. It is allowed to use electric or paper towels. Soap, toilet paper and towels should be available at all times.

It is allowed to dry outer clothing and shoes in a centralized room specially equipped for this purpose.

The changing rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes for the separate storage of clothes and shoes.

In the absence of an organization for students with disabilities, laundry is allowed to wash clothes and clothes using household washing machines or organize centralized washing in other laundries.

It is not allowed to install a household washing machine in the cooking and / or eating (kitchen) room.

The isolation wards are separated from the rest of the medical premises by a lock with a wash basin.

The medical room is located next to the isolation wards and is equipped with a separate entrance from the corridor.

The pantry isolator is equipped with two washing tubs and a tank for disinfecting dishes, a cupboard for storing dishes and equipment, and a table. Use of the sterilizing equipment is possible.
