It is quite easy to enjoy and enjoy the non-traditional interactive forms of the work of the educational psychologist when the work is creative. In communication and working with people – adults, teenagers, children – there is a huge scope for the development of creativity. We – psychologists, educators, educators, wise parents and administrators have the opportunity every day to come into contact with the most unique and multifaceted creation on earth – a man. Human development occurs primarily in the social environment. And as we organize this environment, create an atmosphere of creativity, joy, so much depends on how the student’s personality will develop.

Psychological actions are quite a new form of work of a psychologist at school. The main goal of such actions is to expand the living space of the participants by introducing new meanings into their lives, sensual colors, cultural values, visual confirmation of the aphorism life is richer than you usually perceive it.

Psychological actions are a kind of psychological work in a game form. The name of this form was obtained by analogy with various artistic actions. Psychological action is a gaming environment that for a certain time is created in a space that for a certain time is created in a space of school, parallel, class. The gaming environment does not interfere with the unfolding of other activities of children and adults, but has some content of its own, rules and intended results.

The main goal of the action is to expand the living space of the participants by introducing new meanings, values, new emotional and intellectual possibilities, sensual colors, cultural values ​​into their lives. Also shares have the following developmental opportunities: the development of creativity, flexibility in making new experiences. The form of work allows you to vary the time and number of participants. Promotions can be episodic, sudden, small by the number of participants or the duration of the event.

Important features of the "action" – unobtrusive and unusual. It does not interfere with the life of those who do not want to notice it, but it paints the life of those who are ready to join it in new bright colors. Shares create a certain mood at school, the dominant emotional state; the school begins to be perceived as a single whole, and the people in it are perceived as close and interesting interlocutors. Shares may be of a game character (for example, “Secret Friend”), take the form of an unusual survey (“Rainbow”, a thematic sociological survey). A special kind of psychological action is Day (s) or Psychology Week at school.

In our school we held the first psychological action in September. It was psychological game "Rainbow". The idea of ​​its holding is not accidental. It is known that the peculiar euphoria that accompanies children and teachers during the first week of the school year is replaced by a natural decline in mood, well-being, and depressive disorders. In this situation, psychological help can provide some help.

The Rainbow game is a mass school-wide event with psychological overtones and ample opportunities: using Rainbow to create intrigue, set the school on a psychological wave, diagnose and form the general mood of precisely that key, for which all psychological work in school is conducted. The basis of this game is a color test

The main goal: the identification through the game of the emotional mood of the school team, the general background of the mood.

After all the participants made their choice, the volunteers counted the number of leaves in each color box.

A total of 445 elementary school students (grades 1–5) took part in the action. The results were as follows:

– red color (pressure, aggression) chose 18%;

– blue color (calm) was preferred by 22%;

– yellow (joy) – 32%;

– green (confidence) selected 24%;

– black (sadness) – 24%.

These results were posted on the first floor of the school in the form of sheets with corresponding emoticons and transcript.

The next morning, the psychological newspaper “The Psychology of Color” met everyone in the hall.

Psychological action "Secret friend" – one of the favorite stocks in children. It was held at our school at the end of February. Mail secret friends worked one day, took part in her second-grade students. According to the condition of the game, each participant chooses an “object” for himself – and during a specified time he gives him signs of attention so that the person (“object”) does not know who his secret friend is. Each message is denoted by the letters "TD". This action always evokes the most violent emotions.

Psychology Week held in the month of April in all schools. At this time, right after the holidays, there are still no serious examinations of the students, the teachers also had some rest, the psychologist on holidays can prepare the main design, attract assistants and rehearse with them. The most favorable time, in my opinion, is the first – the second week after the spring break, when preparations for the events take place and there is still a week for all the school’s services to be included in the future upcoming action

The idea of ​​holding a Week of Psychology is not accidental. It is known that the peculiar euphoria that accompanies children and teachers during the first weeks of the school year is replaced by a natural decline in mood, well-being, and depressive disorders. In this situation, a week of psychology can provide some help.

Goals:

  • activation of cognitive interest, curiosity, learning activity;
  • popularization of psychological knowledge and activities of the school’s psychological service;
  • prevention of the psychological health of all participants in the educational process.

. For the psychologist himself, the psychological action makes it possible to show his work not only with children, but also with parents, teachers; show your real possibilities; discover new forms of work; to engage in collaboration guys who misjudged psychology as a branch of medicine. How sometimes I want such days of stay in school to become brighter and more emotional for our children!
