In accordance with Article 225 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, all employees, including heads of organizations, as well as employers – individual entrepreneurs, are required to undergo occupational safety training and knowledge testing of occupational safety requirements in the manner prescribed by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation. taking into account the views of the Russian tripartite commission on the regulation of social and labor relations.
Within the framework of this training, training is provided in rendering first aid to injured persons at work in accordance with the Procedure for training in labor protection and testing the knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations approved by a decree of the Ministry of Labor of Russia and the Ministry of Education of Russia

Training organizations on the basis of exemplary curricula and training programs in labor protection develop and approve work curricula and training programs in labor protection in coordination with the relevant federal executive authorities and executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of labor protection.
Training in labor protection of managers and specialists in the organization is carried out according to training programs in labor protection, developed on the basis of exemplary curricula and training programs in labor protection, approved by the employer.

At the same time, we believe that the training of workers in the provision of first aid to victims should be carried out by persons who have undergone special training, allowing them to carry out this training.
In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, all employees, including the heads of organizations and individual entrepreneurs, are required to undergo occupational safety training, including first aid to the injured at work.
The order of such training was approved in 2003 by the Resolution of the Ministry of Labor of Russia and the Ministry of Education of Russia N 1/29. Thus, it provides for the passage of such training at least once a year for workers and every 3 years for managers and specialists.
The Ministry of Labor of Russia develops and approves sample curricula and training programs. On their basis, training organizations develop working curricula and programs.
In 2016, an interstate standard for the organization of training was put into effect (order of Rosstandart from 2016 N 600-st). He, in particular, provides that training in first aid techniques can be conducted either during instruction or training in occupational safety requirements, or in the form of a special course (training).
Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia of 2012 N 477n approved a list of conditions for which first aid is provided, and a list of relevant measures.
