        In order to receive child benefits, provided for in 2018 by the existing system of state support for families with children (formed by federal laws “On state benefits for citizens with children” and “On additional measures of state support for families with children”), parents need to know the following rules for their design.

        Procedure for obtaining maternity benefits

        1. This allowance is paid by the employer for maternity leave, which is provided to the working woman by the organization for 70 days before giving birth (84 days in the case of a multiple pregnancy). Continued leave after childbirth is 70 days (86 days in case of complications during childbirth) or 110 at birth of two or more children. The allowance for a working woman is paid in the amount of 100% of the average earnings for all days of vacation.
        2. If the work experience of the future mother is less than half a year, or the size of her average earnings per month is less than the minimum wage (for 2018 – 9489 rubles.), then to calculate the average earnings, the size of the minimum wage is taken.
        3. To receive benefits, you must provide your employer:
          • disability certificate;
          • application for leave;
          • certificate of the amount of earnings from other places of work, if they are.
          • The organization pays this benefit on the next pay day. If this does not happen, the applicant may apply to the local branch of the Social Insurance Fund (FSS) for receiving benefits directly from him.
          • If a working woman is registered at a health facility in the early stages of pregnancy (that is, up to 12 obstetric weeks), she is entitled to an additional payment, the size of which in 2017 is 613.14 rubles.

          Receipt of lump-sum payment by women who have registered at medical institutions in the early stages of pregnancy

          1. To obtain it, you must provide the personnel department of the company:
            • Medical certificate from female consultation or clinic with indication of the term of registration.
            • Application for benefits.

            How to get a lump sum payment to a pregnant wife of a soldier on military service

            1. To obtain it, the following set of documents should be submitted to the local Department of Social Welfare (USZN) at the place of residence:
              • application for benefits;
              • copy of marriage certificate;
              • certificate from the medical institution on the registration of a woman;
              • certificate from the military unit in which the husband is in military service by conscription (with the calculation of the term of service).
              • The gestational age of a wife of a serviceman serving in military service should be more than 180 days.
              • Payment of this benefit in 2017 produced in the amount of 25,892.45 rubles. produced within 10 days from the date of application.

              Making a lump sum at birth

              1. To receive benefits in the personnel department of the enterprise, you must provide the following documents:
                • application for benefits;
                • certificate of birth of a child;
                • a copy of the birth certificate of the child;
                • a certificate from the employer of the second spouse that he did not receive this allowance (provided if both parents are working).
                • If the company is unable to make a payment for any reason, then the benefit should be addressed to the regional branch of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
                • If none of the parents of the baby is working, then you should contact the local SZN Administration for childbirth allowance.
                • This benefit can be received by one of his parents, provided that they applied for payment within six months after the birth of the child.
                • The amount of the benefit in 2017 is 16350.33 rubles. for one child. Therefore, in the case of the birth of twins or triplets, the amount of payment is doubled or tripled accordingly.

                How to get a lump sum when transferring a child to be raised in a family

                2. When adopting a disabled child, a child over 7 years old or several children who are brothers (sisters), the amount of payment increases to 1,24929.83 rubles.
                3. With the adoption of a newborn child under the age of 3 months. maternity leave can be arranged at the place of work for the mother of the child, with the right to the appropriate allowance.
                4. The procedure for obtaining this benefit is the same as for the previously considered payments for childbirth, only in the package of necessary documents you need to add a copy of the court decision on the adoption or establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over the child.
                5. Working parents who are on parental leave for a child up to 3 years old can apply to the workplace for the payment of the corresponding monthly allowance for the maintenance of a child up to 1.5 years.

                How to get a monthly allowance for child care up to 1.5 years

                1. For registration of benefits in the workplace or in the USZN must submit the following documents:
                  • application for benefits;
                  • the original and a copy of the birth certificate of the child;
                  • certificate from the workplace of the second parent (or from the UZSN if he is unemployed) that he does not receive benefits.
                  • This allowance is paid in the amount of 40% of the average monthly earnings for two full calendar years preceding the payment processing year.
                  • Non-working parents should apply to the local department of the OSP for benefits.

                  How to issue a monthly allowance for the child of a soldier serving military service

                  1. After the child is born at a military serviceman serving in the army, the child’s mother or relatives actually caring for him can apply to the Department of Social Welfare at the place of residence for a monthly allowance. To do this, you must provide the following documents:
                    • application for registration of benefits;
                    • copy of child’s birth certificate;
                    • certificate from the military unit where the father of the child is in military service by conscription, indicating the period of service (after the demobilization of the husband, a similar certificate is issued by the military registration and enlistment office);
                    • The allowance is charged from the date of birth of the child until he reaches the age of 3, but no later than the end of the term of military service by his father.
                    • Benefit amount for 2017 is 11096,76 rubles. per month.
