Magnelis B6 during pregnancy

Magnesium is an important element for a person that enters the body with food. The daily need for it is 300 mg for women and 400 mg for men, and during pregnancy increases to 450-500 mg. With an unbalanced diet, diet, increased loads, there is a deficiency of the element in the body. Make up for the lack of food, as well as drugs. One of them is Magnelis V6 from the company Pharmstandard, Russia. If the instructions for use of Maggelis B6 are clearly observed, the manufacturer promises an effect no worse than that of imported analogues with the same basis.

The composition of the drug Magnelis B6 immediately included two active ingredients:

  • 48 mg of magnesium;
  • 5 mg of pyridoxine (B6).

Magnesium is a valuable element that makes up all the tissues of a living organism. This metal is involved in protein, fat, carbohydrate metabolism. It is responsible for the proper passage of nerve impulses, reduces arousal, relaxes the nerve muscle, thereby controlling the work of many body systems, including the digestive, nervous, cardiovascular. It produces anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic (relieves spasms), antithrombotic action.

The combination of magnesium + pyridoxine is used in the treatment of cardiovascular pathologies, arrhythmias, myocardial infarction. This complex reduces the concentration of cholesterol in the blood, thereby preventing atherosclerosis.

In general, the complex produces the following effects:

  • sedatives;
  • anti-stress;
  • anticonvulsant.

Magnelis B6 is prescribed to people with confirmed insufficient concentration of magnesium in the body – both isolated and associated with other deficient states. Such signs indicate a violation in the body:

  • muscle cramps, often in the calves;
  • irritability, tearfulness;
  • arrhythmia;
  • memory loss;
  • migraine;
  • cramping, tingling in the muscles;
  • disorders of the digestive system, manifested in constipation or diarrhea;
  • stomach ache;
  • deterioration of performance;
  • meteosensitivity;
  • dizziness;
  • chronic fatigue even after resting.

The need for additional amounts of magnesium occurs when physical, emotional stress. Vitamin and mineral complex eliminates the lack of an element from people who are professionally involved in sports. Their deficiency is also caused by the rejection of products rich in mineral, due to the high caloric content of the latter.

For women taking estrogen-progestin contraceptives, this complex has an anti-stress effect, reduces the severity of side effects. For teens with an early form of cerebrovascular disease, magnesium in combination with B6 helps to cope with vertigo, cephalalgia, and reduces excitability.
