In September 2015, 14 two-year-old children were admitted to the junior II. Kindergarten did not attend early, taken from the family. In order to ensure early adaptation, as well as harmonious, cognitive and personal development, adaptation sheets were created for each child, in which the tutors record observations on the behavior of children during the day, week, month. As a result of these observations, we can conclude about the degree of adaptation for each child in the kindergarten.

Easy adaptation – 3 children (Dasha A., Sophia S., Stepan T.) who normally sleep, eat, do not refuse to contact peers, they themselves make contact. Children fulfill the speech demands of adults, instructions, manifest speech activity, participate in play activities.

The average degree of adaptation is 6 children (Maxim Z., Sophia K., Bogdan P., Ivan S., Sophia S., Sasha T.) There were pronounced disturbances in the general condition: tearfulness, indifference to children and adults, a short sleep, a long falling asleep, delayed speech activity, lack of appetite. But within a month there were signs of adaptation. Children have become easier to part with their parents, to eat with appetite, quickly fall asleep. Severe adaptation – 5 children (Yaroslav K., Julia K., Dmitry K., Victoria L., Victoria K.), who, when parting, cry a lot and for a long time, avoid children and caregivers, avoid, refuse to participate in any activities .

The main reasons for the severe adaptation of these children are: frequent diseases, weak nervous system, low level of self-care skills, lack of preparation for the regime and food in kindergarten (despite the recommendations), strong attachment to parents, lack of unity of requirements in raising a child.

During the adaptation period, the caregivers, the younger carers made every effort so that the children would go to kindergarten with a desire, get used to the new conditions more quickly. An individual approach was applied to all children. By adaptation was understood the process of entering a child into a new environment for him and adapting to her conditions. Adaptation is an active process that leads either to positive (adaptability, i.e., a combination of all beneficial changes in the organism and psyche) results, or negative (stress). At the same time, there were two criteria for successful adaptation: internal comfort (emotional satisfaction) and external adequacy of behavior (the ability to easily and accurately fulfill new requirements). Recommendations for educators:

1. To organize the subject-spatial environment in the group, contributing to the painless addiction to the kindergarten:

– the presence of didactic games and manuals (cubes, mosaic, board-printed games, figurative didactic toys with fastening and sticking elements (zipper, buttons, lacing, buttons, stickies); – photos from the family album; – favorite children’s toys brought from home ; – musical toys; – plot-shaped toys; – theatrical toys.

2. During the adaptation period, the caregivers of the group need to create a flexible day regimen, which will allow to take into account the individual characteristics of each child, the first days of advice to the mother to be with the baby so that he feels calmer.

3. During feeding, sleeping in a group, you can turn on calm music to relieve tension.

4. During the adaptation period, great attention should be paid to therapeutic and preventive work, for this purpose, in the group of caregivers, to conduct daily breathing exercises, hardening nasal breathing, after sleep sleep exercises.

5. Consultations, conversations and reminders for parents. If parents form their child’s self-care skills, the ability to play and communicate with peers, if the home mode for the baby coincides with the kindergarten, then the adaptation period will be painless and short.
