Recipe 1: Viennese waffles in an electric waffle iron (step by step)
Waffles turn out unrealistically tasty, magnificent and high. This is a recipe for making Viennese waffles, the dough for which is mixed with kefir. Appetizing waffles can be served with jam, syrup, condensed milk, ice cream or fresh berries.
- 400 ml of kefir;
- 50 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tbsp. l Sahara;
- 2 tsp. baking powder;
- 1 tsp. soda;
- a pinch of salt;
- 300 grams of wheat flour.
Add sugar to the eggs.
Whisk eggs with sugar.
Then add kefir to the egg mixture and mix slightly.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add soda, salt and baking powder.
Pour the mixture of eggs and kefir into the flour mass, mix the dough thoroughly until smooth and even. Melt the butter and cool slightly.
Pour the butter into the dough.
Stir the dough thoroughly. The dough will be moderately thick, smooth and homogeneous.
Eletrovafelnitsu warm well. My baking surface is Teflon and does not require oil lubrication. Put three tablespoons of dough on each part of the waffle iron. Tightly close the waffle sash. Bake waffles until golden brown.
