Using a small piece of bacon, prepare a dressing for borscht from carrots, beets, onions (you can also fry in vegetable oil). Throw in the broth gradually potatoes, cabbage, dressing, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. We taste the dish. Give it to insist as it should.
