Steaks of minced meat is a tasty and elegant dish, which is quite suitable for a festive table, and just for a family lunch or dinner. It looks beautiful and very appetizing, and does not require a side dish, well, except that fresh vegetables.
Mincemeat for any kind of steak, today decided to use chicken thigh fillet, it turns out more tasty than breast fillet. The recipe of this dish is somewhat similar to the meat recipe in French, the same principle of multi-layered stuffing.
Ingredients: (4 stacks)
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 1 small egg (50-55 g)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. l with a small slide of breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
- 1 medium onion (100-110 g)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 potatoes (250 g)
- 2 boiled eggs
- 60-70 grams of cheese
- mayonnaise, or sour cream, or yogurt
First put boil eggs. Then clean the potatoes and put them in cold water so as not to darken. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes. Garlic is also cut very finely and together with the onions we fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown, then leave aside to cool aside.
While the onions and garlic are fried, we begin to cook the minced meat. Mince chicken fillet and add an egg, minced clove of garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and a pinch of seasonings to it. I add curry, basil and chicken seasoning.

If you make steaks just from mixed mince, for example, pig-beef, then such stuffing turns out to be thicker than chicken and you can add white bread soaked in milk and then squeezed into it instead of bread crumbs. We divide the ready stuffing into 4 parts, form round cakes with a diameter of about 9-10 cm and put them in a form greased with vegetable oil.
On each tortilla lay out the cooled onions from the pan.
Chop the boiled eggs into small cubes, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, or sour cream, or thick yogurt and mix. You can salt a little.
Lay the layer of eggs on top of the onion.
Raw potatoes three on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer on the steaks.
Hard cheese three on a fine grater and gently lay it on top of the potato.
Each steak is carefully coated with mayonnaise, or sour cream, or yogurt, about a tablespoon.
We put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the steak 40-50 minutes, until they are slightly browned on top.
Steaks of minced meat turn out very, very tasty, tender, fragrant. Serve them with fresh vegetables or salads from them. Perfectly suited to fresh vegetables salad with nut dressing, green salad with cucumbers and eggs, or Peking cabbage salad.
