When you lose weight, as a rule, you have to stick to a low-calorie diet. However, this does not mean that you will have to put a taboo on sweets, because you can pamper yourself with dietary casserole of oatmeal. Due to the variety of recipes, you can always cook an original dessert.

Roasting Rules

We offer you baking rules that are relevant for all recipes:

  • The baking mold is necessarily oiled and only after that the oatmeal is poured into it for cooking.
  • Dessert is baked in the oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
  • Baking time – about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Armed with the rules of roasting, you can proceed to the choice of diet recipe.

Oatmeal Casserole with Apples and Cinnamon

Cooking such a casserole does not take more than 40 minutes, while the caloric content per 100 g does not exceed 150 kcal, so you can safely serve in the morning with a glass of orange juice or coffee.

We lay on the table:

  • apples – 2 units;
  • oatmeal – 1 cup;
  • low-fat milk – 300 ml;
  • baking powder – 2

Start cooking:

  1. Peeled apples cut into cubes, in a bowl, combine with cinnamon, oatmeal, baking powder and sweetener. We mix everything.
  2. In a separate container, mix the milk and butter, beat the eggs. Mix until smooth, and then add the apple with oatmeal.
  3. Pour the oatmeal mass into a baking dish and send it into the oven!

The dish is served cold, and if desired, you can sprinkle with grated walnuts.

Oatmeal and Banana Casserole

The recipe for this casserole is very simple and requires minimal basic ingredients, which you can also complement at your discretion. The caloric content of this pastry without flour per 100 g is not more than 180 kcal.

We lay on the table:

  • oatmeal – 2 glasses;
  • ripe banana – 2 units;
  • chicken egg – 1 unit;
  • low-fat milk – 200 ml;
  • low-fat kefir – 200 ml;
  • soda – 1

Start cooking:

  1. In a bowl, mix milk, kefir, and then add oatmeal, soda, cinnamon and honey.
  2. We drive an egg into a bowl and beat everything thoroughly, preferably using a blender.
  3. Pour oatmeal into baking dish.
  4. Bananas are peeled and cut into rings, and then spread on the dough.
  5. We send a lot to bake.

You can only use milk. In this case, you will need to replace the baking soda with a baking powder or quench it with vinegar.
