Cooking meat with potatoes in foil in the oven
Since we will cook portions in foil, we first need to cut this foil into large squares so that we can wrap one portion. I made squares about 30×30 cm.
You can take any meat, I took the pork.
Cut the meat into portions, repel if necessary. Pork and so soft, it is not necessary to beat it.
In the middle of each square foil put portion of meat, salt and pepper it.
I still sprinkled spices for pork.
Fresh champignons clean the dirt with a damp cloth (it is better not to wet them under water so that they do not absorb excess water), and cut them into plates.
Put these champignon plates on top of the meat.
Again, a little salt.
Clean up onion and cut it into half rings.
Lay a layer of onion on top of the mushrooms.
Potatoes need to peel and also cut into plates.
Borner grating is excellent with slicing potatoes into even slices. I always use it.
Now you need to put the potatoes on the onion, salt and pepper and wrap the edges of the foil.
Formed portions of meat with mushrooms and potatoes, wrapped in foil, put on a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and then place this baking sheet in the oven.
It takes about an hour to cook.
Serve directly in foil.
The meat is soft and the potatoes are fragrant. In general, everything is very tasty and interesting.
