A good recipe for those who have curd in a pan constantly falling apart. Blend a pack of cottage cheese, 1 egg and a handful of oatmeal. Salt, sugar – this is up to you. Pour the mixture into silicone tins and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, and then lower the heat a little and hold them for another 20 minutes.
Beans with onions
In the morning, pour a glass of bean with water – in the evening it will just swell. Boil the beans until tender, until it boils, chop the onion and fry at a minimum of oil. At the end, salt the beans and mix with fried onions.
