  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l .;

  • Cut potatoes into cubes, chop onions, and cut carrots into thin slices.

  • chicken fillet – 300 g;

  • small eggplant – 1 pc .;
  • salt – to taste;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l
  • Cut eggplant into cubes, salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the released fluid into the sink. This way you remove the bitterness from the eggplants.
  • Cut potatoes into cubes and place them in pots.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces and fry lightly in butter (take 2 tablespoons). Put it on top of the potato.
  • Pour the remaining butter into the pan and save the finely chopped onion with carrots and eggplants, grated on a medium grater. Put everything in the pots.
  • Put the spices and pour so much water so that it takes half a pot.
