  • For steaks, it’s better to take a tenderloin. It has no fat and little connective tissue, because of which the meat is tough.
  • If the beef is young, you can use the spatula, the inside of the back leg, thin and thick edges. But in this case, the quality of the steak will be worse.
  • Meat is always cut across the fibers. So it is better roasted and will be softer.
  • Steaks before frying rubbed with pepper and spices. It is advisable to salt them before sending them to the oven, so that meat juice does not stand out before time.
  • To make steaks juicy, you need as quickly as possible to achieve the appearance of fried crust, which will not allow the juice to flow out.

Beef steak with herbs in the oven

  • beef fillet – 500 g;
  • Herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil) – to taste;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l .;
  • ground pepper – to taste.
  • Wash the meat, pat dry with paper napkins. Cut across the fibers into 4-5 slices.
  • On a well-heated pan, greased with a thin layer of butter, put the steaks. On large fire, fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix butter, salt, and herbs in a cup. Grease the top of the steak with this mixture. Flip it over to the other side. Grease the marinade again.
  • Put steaks on foil, seal with envelope. Put in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 °.
  • Turn off the stove. Let the meat lie in the foil for another 10 minutes, then serve.

Note: if you like well-done meat, steaks need not be wrapped in foil. Put them in the oven in the same pan in which they were fried. Bring to readiness at 180 °. Remove the pan from the oven, cover it with foil or a lid. Leave for 10 minutes.

Beef steak in white wine in the oven

  • beef fillet – 500 g;
  • onions – 1 pc .;
  • honey – 1 tbsp. l .;
  • dry white wine – 80 ml;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • ginger – to taste;
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l
  • Prepared meat cut into slices 2 cm thick.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped onion, crushed garlic, honey, wine, ginger, soy sauce.
  • Put the meat in the marinade and soak for 1-2 hours.
  • Blot the steaks from excess moisture with paper towels. Lubricate with oil.
  • Heat the oven to 180 °. Place the meat on the grill. Bake in grill mode for 7 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer to a pre-heated plate, cover with foil and let stand for a few more minutes. During this time, steaks will reach readiness.
