Sometimes, from the most ordinary products you can cook a delicious dish. It is this simple recipe that I want to share with you. And we will cook chicken fillet, baked in sour cream. The dish is very tender, juicy and fragrant.
Recipe 1: Chicken fillet in a sauce of sour cream in a pan
If you have had quite a bit of sour cream, then it can be diluted with a small amount of water.
When you start to fry the chicken, then you need to fry it over a fairly high heat and as soon as possible otherwise it will become dry. After the chicken fillet has turned white you need to add onions, slightly reduce the heat and fry the onions until golden brown. It is desirable that by the time you add sour cream onion was almost ready, otherwise it may remain crispy. If there is a little extra time, it is better to fry the onions and chicken fillet separately. Then shift them to a saucepan or frying pan, add spices, salt and sour cream, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat under the lid.
Chicken fillet can be cut into smaller pieces and cooked according to the recipe. And then make a salad with fresh cabbage, add vegetables and a Korean carrot and wrap it all together with chicken in pita bread. Get a small buritos or something like charms.
Chicken fillet – 500 g. Onions – 2 pcs. Sour cream – 150-250 g. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l Salt pepper.

Onions clean and cut into large cubes. Onions can be cut into rings, half rings or small cubes.
Fry the chicken fillet in hot vegetable oil until light golden brown. Fry the fillets on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add onions to the chicken and fry it until golden brown.
Add salt to the chicken, black pepper and spices to taste. Then add sour cream. All mix well.
If you have a little sour cream, then it can be diluted with water or broth.
Very interesting taste is obtained if you add a little curry to the chicken.
Bring sauce to a boil, make a small fire and cover it with a lid. Stew chicken for 10-20 minutes.
Boil a little sour cream and remove the chicken from the heat.
Do not forget to taste the sauce and meat, if necessary, add salt and spices.
Serve ready chicken with rice, mashed potatoes or any other side dish to your taste.
Recipe 2: chicken fillet in sour cream in the oven
- Chicken fillet – 700 gr.
- Sour cream (25%) – 300 ml.
- Vodka – 100 ml.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Since I bought a fresh chicken fillet, I first washed it well under cold running water, then dried it and cut it into arbitrary pieces.
After that, put on a medium heat to heat the pan, pour in some vegetable oil and spread the meat, stirring constantly, until it is covered with a golden crust (about 10 minutes).
At this time, quickly peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds, wash it, cut it into strips and add it to the pan.
Next pour in vodka, salt, pepper to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
We set to warm up the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees.
After we have stewed the meat in vodka, pour it with sour cream, mix it thoroughly and send it to bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Recipe 3: Chicken fillet with carrots in sour cream in a pan
4 chicken fillets cut into small cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Slightly fry the fillets in a hot frying pan in a small amount of oil, just until the color changes. Cover the rubbed carrots with a lid on top and keep on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Open the lid, mix, pour a third of a glass of water. Close the lid, simmer on low heat for 7-10 minutes. Salt, pepper, add herbs (can be dried), ready seasoning for chicken, thyme. Mix.
In 100 grams of sour cream, add half a teaspoon of flour, chopped garlic clove. Put the sour cream in the pan to the fillet and carrots, mix, close the lid and keep on fire for 3-5 minutes.
Recipe 4: Tenderness Chicken Fillet with Soy Sauce in a Pan
Prepares quickly, the result is excellent.
1 chicken fillet (about 600 g), seasoning for chicken, 3-4
Recipe 5: Chicken fillet with mushrooms in sour cream in a pan
600 gr. chicken fillet, 200 gr. fresh mushrooms (I took the mushrooms), 1 large onion (200 gr.), 1 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, salt, ground black pepper to taste, 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil.
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Put on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry on the fire closer to the strong one, without covering with a lid, until golden brown. Remove the fillets from the pan.
Onion cut into half rings, fry in the same fat that fried chicken fillet. Fry onion under the lid until tender. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, put the mushrooms, cut into plates, cover with a lid, when the mushrooms make juice, remove the lid and fry the mushrooms.
Pour in 100 ml of boiling water, add chicken fillet, salt, pepper, simmer under the lid until all the liquid is boiled away. The fire is average.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. spoon flour, mix thoroughly.
Add the fried onions, mix, fry everything together, stirring, for about 1 minute.
Pour in the sour cream, reduce the heat to a minimum, stirring, let the meat simmer under the lid for 4-6 minutes.
Recipe 6: Chicken fillet with sour cream and tomatoes in the oven
- 400 g chicken fillet,
- seasoning (or salt, black pepper) and mustard,
- 1 onion,
- 1-2 tomatoes,
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 100 g sour cream
Rinse the chicken fillet with cold water, cut into several pieces and beat off slightly. Rub each piece of fillet with seasoning or black pepper and salt, spread with hot mustard and leave for 30-40 minutes. Fry the pieces of fillet in vegetable oil until golden brown on medium heat. Tomato cut into slices, onions – half rings. Put chicken fillet in baking dish. Put onion half rings and tomato slices on top. Hard cheese rub on a coarse grater and mix with sour cream, distribute the cream cheese mass into pieces of chicken with vegetables. Bake the chicken fillet in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Decorate the finished dish with chopped greens.
Recipe 7: Chicken fillet with sour cream and cheese in the oven
It turns out very tasty and tender. Crispy cheese crust gives a pleasant appearance and preserves juiciness of chicken fillet. A great alternative for those who do not eat mayonnaise. Moreover, the mayonnaise was originally conceived as a white dressing for salad dressing.
Chicken fillet with sour cream is cooked very quickly, when everyone is hungry and wants to eat something tasty and not wait for a long dinner, this option of cooking chicken fillet is just right for the occasion.
The minimum set of products:
- 2 pcs. chicken fillet
- 100-150 g sour cream
- 50-70 g of hard cheese
- 2-3 table. spoons of water
- Salt to taste, vegetable oil.
Wash chicken fillet, repel in a bag (it will be softer and juicier)
Then smear the form with vegetable oil and put chicken fillet in it, salt and pour sour cream:
Stir, add a little water (a couple of tablespoons):
If you want to give a spicy taste and spicy chicken fillet, you can add half a teaspoon of homemade mustard at this stage.
Send baked in preheated to 180 degrees oven.
While the chicken fillet is baked in the oven, grate the cheese on a large grater:
The water will boil out, and the top will redden a little and for 5 – 7 minutes until ready to sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
Take out, divide into portions and lay out on plates with a side dish and vegetables. Mashed potatoes or pasta are perfect for garnish. My pasta was cooked for only 4 minutes while the chicken fillet was baked – everything really worked out very quickly.
