How to bake a loaf with jam on kefir – a recipe
- wheat flour – 310 g;
- jam – 250 g;
- kefir – 240 ml;
- baking powder – 10 g;
- two chicken eggs;
- granulated sugar – 120 g;
- vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom – to taste;
- a teaspoon of baking soda;
- powdered sugar.
Preparation of dough for gingerbread, starting with the beating of eggs. Mix them with sugar and achieve with a mixer pomp and dissolve all the sugar crystals. After that, add the jam and kefir, pour baking soda and stir everything well. We shake the dough with vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom, sift the flour there and achieve the highest possible uniform texture.
Next, proceed to baking gingerbread. We spread the prepared mass into an oiled baking dish and place it in advance in the heated oven for thirty-five to forty minutes. At the same time, the temperature regime is maintained at 180 degrees.
Making sure that the gingerbread is ready for a dry match, let it cool slightly, then take it out of the mold and decorate it with icing sugar.
Gingerbread with yogurt and jam can be baked in a slow cooker. To do this, use the function "Baking" and we will prepare the dish until the end of the program for an hour. If necessary, if the test showed a raw middle, we extend the operation of the device in the same mode by another fifteen minutes.
Honey Cake for Kefir – Recipe
- wheat flour – 330 g;
- kefir – 370 ml;
- honey – 55 g;
- raisins – 110 g;
- granulated sugar – 110 g;
- two small eggs;
- baking soda – 2/3 tsp;
- ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp;
- ground coriander – 1/4 tsp;
- oil and semolina for lubricating and sprinkling the form;
- a little pinch of salt.
Especially tender and soft gingerbread on kefir is obtained with honey. For its preparation we combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Namely, sift flour, add soda and salt, add ground coriander, cinnamon, stir, pour kefir and stir again.
Next, in another bowl, combine honey, eggs and granulated sugar, grind everything well to maximum homogeneity, whip slightly and mix with the contents of the first container. The texture of the finished dough should resemble sour cream of medium thickness. Next, we interfere with it in advance washed, dried and flour raisin powder and leave at room conditions for about twenty minutes. During this time, just warm up the oven to the required 200 degrees.
After the time is over, we transfer the dough to the pre-oiled and sprinkled with semolina and place it on the middle level of the oven. Depending on the diameter and size of the honey-baked bread baking mold, it will take from thirty to fifty minutes. Willingness is determined traditionally by a dry match.
The finished gingerbread can be decorated with powdered sugar if desired.
Delicious muffin on kefir without eggs
- wheat flour – 315 g;
- kefir – 240 ml;
- thick jam – 250 g;
- soda – 20 g;
- granulated sugar – 120-190 g;
- sour cream – 420 g;
- granulated sugar – 190 g;
Mix in a bowl all the ingredients for the test at room temperature and let it brew for twenty minutes. Then put the resulting mass on a baking sheet or in the form and bake until cooked at a temperature of 190 degrees. After cooling down, cut the resulting cake into two or three cakes and soak in the cream, prepared by whipping thick cream with sugar and vanilla.
