Baked celery with port wine

Celery root and onion chopped into large pieces. Fry in a well-heated refined sunflower oil until softened. Celery – 10-15 minutes, then add the onions and cook another 10 minutes.

Pour the wine and evaporate it completely. Remains of non-evaporated wine can give the soup a sour note after. Infuse 500 ml of chicken broth and 600 ml of cream. Give the soup to boil. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add the remaining 100 ml of cream and 100 ml of broth, then another 10 minutes, not allowing to boil. Salt Serve finely chopped chives and seasoned with cream soup.

Apple and Celery Salad
