Large doses may be prescribed for multiple sclerosis (systemic disease of the membranes of the brain and spinal cord nerve cells) – up to 0.2 g / day, brain edema – 0.2 g / day, organ transplantation (transplant) – up to 0.007 g / day. If the drug was used for a long time, its cancellation should be made gradually. Doses are selected individually.
