What is pH medium?

A balanced pH environment helps to overcome these diseases, providing all the necessary metabolic processes. What is pH medium? Our body consists mainly of water, the aquatic environment promotes the transfer of nutrients and oxygen, is responsible for a number of biochemical reactions in our body.

In the human body, the pH level is crucial. Our environment is slightly alkaline (with values ​​between 7.35 and 7.45), and if the pH of our circulatory system increases or decreases even by a small amount, it can lead to diseases and even death.

In order for the pH environment to always be within certain limits, our body uses calcium, magnesium and other minerals contained in bones. Simply put, the body sucks calcium and magnesium from the bones, and thus neutralizes acidity and returns the values ​​that are needed.

To maintain balance, a diet should contain about 80% alkalizing foods and only 20% acidifying. Unfortunately, for most people, a diet with a high content of meat, animal products, refined sugars is characteristic – these are 20% alkalizing and 80% acidifying!

And if you add to this the daily use of strong oxidizing agents, such as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, coffee, chips, soft drinks, pastries or worse, sugar substitutes, such as aspartame, found in most soft drinks, it can be concluded that the body is oxidized from the diet can reach toxic proportions for most of the population.

Impaired acid-base balance affects every organ and every cell in our body. When the diet consists of predominantly acidic foods (animal fats and proteins, highly heat-treated foods, sugars), stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, frequent use of pharmaceutical drugs, this leads to degenerative aging processes, a number of cardiovascular complications, diabetes and cancer.

One of the main factors that influence changes in pH is excessive consumption of animal protein. With the consumption of meat in large quantities, which contains mainly proteins, strongly increases the acidity of urine.

The body then draws minerals from the circulatory system to return to normal pH. In this process, the body is oxidized again and loses the supply of calcium and magnesium, which can lead to crystallization of salts in it, and the formation of sand and stones in the kidneys and bladder.

Consumption of fatty, fried and sweet foods leads to increased acidity of gastric acid, which can be expressed by an unpleasant burning sensation in the stomach, nausea, belching, vomiting, then with an unpleasant smell, irritability, fatigue, mental distress.
