How to cure scars at home: folk remedies

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is an effective means for removing scars at home. The fact is that the fruit acid contained in it acts on the skin of the scar, gradually thinning and removing the top layer of skin on it. Many chemical peels are based on this action. Apple cider vinegar (1 part) must be diluted with warm water (4 parts) and put compresses on the scars for 5-7 minutes. You can repeat such compresses several times a day.

2. Vitamin E capsules

Also at home to improve the appearance of the scar, you can use vitamin E capsules. It is known that he is able to run many regeneration processes and restore damaged skin. Vitamin E can be used in different ways. You can take the capsules inside, one per day. And you can cut the capsule and apply the vitamin directly on the scar. If you do this regularly, the scar will begin to smooth out and the skin will become smoother. Use honey is possible only if there is no individual intolerance to this product.

An effective and versatile effect has a peeling mask of oatmeal, lemon juice and milk (or cream). All ingredients are mixed in a proportion of 2: 1: 1. Olive oil is considered a good treatment for scars, because it contains a lot of vitamin E, softens and moisturizes the scar. Oil should be rubbed into the problem area with gentle movements until completely absorbed. You can also mix it with oatmeal, then you get an oil scrub, which after use you need to wash off.

9. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil has a good effect on fresh scars, preventing the growth of granulation tissue, which reduces the scar, and also acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.

10. Massage with onion juice

If the scar is not very deep, then you can try to get rid of it with a massage with onion juice. The duration of the massage is no more than a quarter of an hour.
