It has been repeatedly shown that omega-3 fatty acids, which are contained in large quantities in the fat of marine fish, have a positive effect on the general condition of the joints and reduce inflammatory processes.

There is also a therapeutic diet based on boiled rice. It is believed that boiled rice contributes to the dissolution of undesirable deposits in the ligaments and joints, which cause a violation of the flexibility of connective tissues.

For the preparation of medicinal rice, it is necessary to soak a glass of cereal overnight. In the morning, the water in which rice was soaked should be drained, about two glasses of plain water should be poured and rice should be cooked until ready.
