The plan of educational work in grade 1

for 2018 – 2019 academic year

The class teacher: Huseynova

The secret of successful parenting lies in respect for the student.

The teacher, the image of his thoughts – that is the most important thing in any training and education.

Explanatory note

"Education is a great thing: they decide the fate of man."

It is impossible to teach a person to be happy, but it is possible to raise him so that he is happy.

Modern society requires highly moral, spiritually rich, able to adapt to the variability of the modern world, sociable people with a firm civil position. Primary school is the first and most important level of education, leading the child to a new world perception, world outlook, based on the recognition of human values as priorities in life.

Education is a focused management of the process of personal development. This means that the educational system of a class must be purposeful, have a complex structure of interaction within itself and with the external socio-cultural environment, adapting to the conditions of this external environment, while maintaining its own characteristics and directions.

The teacher controls – that is, creates conditions for the development of the child, includes him in various activities, in the system of relationships, stimulates self-knowledge, self-development, self-realization, directs him to search for ways of self-improvement, and largely provides pedagogical support to the developing personality. upbringing, principles, life content of the school collective and evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational system.

The RF Law "On Education", the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Federal Law "On Basic Guarantees of the Rights of the Child in the RF", the school’s charter are the basis for the development of this program.

The organization and full-fledged functioning of the educational process requires the concerted efforts of many social actors: schools, families, institutions of additional education, culture and sports, traditional religious organizations and public associations, including children’s and youth movements and organizations.

parenting has always been associated with the development of the spiritual and moral sphere, has set itself the main goal – to raise the child thinking, virtuous, compassionate, conscientious, believing in the possibility of improving the world and people, honest, hardworking, modest, respectful, responsible.

The more a child develops, the more he absorbs and begins to feel all the richness and diversity of our culture, the more spiritual issues he has, the more he thinks about the meaning of life. Raising a strong personality in a child is impossible without a spiritual and moral base. If a person learns a wise attitude towards suffering and trials, he will become a strong personality in the full sense of the word.

Ten Commandments for Parents

HDon’t expect your child to be like you or like you want. Help him to become not you, but yourself.

HDo not ask the child to pay for everything you have done for him. You gave him life, how can he thank you? He will give life to another, that one to the third, and this is an irreversible law of gratitude.

HDo not take out your offenses on a child, so that in your old age you do not eat bitter bread. For whatever you sow, that will rise.

HDo not look down on his problems. Life is given to everyone according to his strength and, be sure, it is hard for him no less than you, and maybe more, since he has no experience.

He humiliate

HDo not forget that the most important meetings of a person are his meetings with children. Pay more attention to them – we can never know who we meet in a child.

HDon’t torture yourself if you can’t do something for your child. Torment, if you can – but do not. Remember, not enough is done for the child, if everything is not done.

RThe baby is not a tyrant who takes possession of your whole life, not just the fruit of flesh and blood. This is the precious bowl that Life has given you for the storage and development of creative fire in it. 1. Principles of the organization of education.

    The following principles form the basis of the program of spiritual and moral development and education of students at the stage of primary general education and the school life organized in accordance with it.

    The principle of orientation to the ideal. Upbringing is always focused on a certain ideal, which is the highest goal of aspirations, upbringing and self-upbringing activities, the spiritual and moral development of the individual. The educational ideal maintains the internal (semantic, substantive, procedural) unity of the school life, provides an opportunity to coordinate the activities of various subjects of education and socialization. The program of spiritual and moral development and education of primary school students is aimed at achieving a national educational ideal.

    Axiological principle. Values determine the main content of the spiritual and moral development and education of the personality of the younger student. Their selection among a huge number of values (universal, religious, ethnic, social, corporate) is based on the national educational ideal, which, in turn, is revealed in this system of values.

    The principle of following the moral example. Following the example is the leading method of moral education. An example is a possible model for building a child’s relationship with other people and with oneself, an example of a value choice made by a significant other. The content of the educational process, extracurricular and extracurricular activities should be filled with examples of moral behavior. An example as a method of education allows the child to expand the moral experience, to induce him to internal dialogue, to awaken moral reflection in him, to provide an opportunity to choose when building his own system of value relations, to demonstrate to the child a real possibility of following the ideal in life. In examples that demonstrate the aspiration of people to the heights of the spirit, the national educational ideal is filled with concrete life content. Of particular importance for the spiritual and moral development of the student is the example of a teacher.

    The principle of identification (personification). Identification – sustainable identification with a significant other, the desire to be like him. In primary school age, the image-emotional perception of reality prevails, the mechanisms of imitation, empathy, and the ability to identify are developed. At this age, there is a focus on personalized ideals – vivid, emotionally attractive images of people (as well as natural phenomena, living and inanimate creatures in the human image), which are inextricably linked to the situation in which they manifested themselves. Personalized ideals are effective means of moral education of the child.

    The principle of dialogic communication. In the formation of value relations, a large role is played by the dialogical communication of the younger schoolchild with peers, parents (legal representatives), the teacher and other significant adults. The presence of a significant other in the educational process makes it possible to organize it on a dialogical basis. The dialogue proceeds from the recognition and unconditional respect for the pupil’s right to freely choose and consciously appropriate the value that he believes to be true.

    The dialogue does not allow the reduction of moral education to moralizing and monologue sermon, but provides for its organization by means of equal intersubjective dialogue. The development by a person of his own value system and the search for the meaning of life are impossible without the dialogical communication of a child with a significant other. The content of that pedagogically organized communication should be the joint development of basic national values.

    The principle of polysubject education. In modern conditions, the process of development and upbringing of an individual has a polysubject, multidimensional activity character. The younger student is included in various types of social, informational, communicative activity, the content of which contains different, often contradictory values and ideological attitudes. The way school life implies that the activities of various subjects of spiritual and moral development and upbringing with the leading role of an educational institution should be coordinated whenever possible.

    The principle of the system-activity organization of education. Education, aimed at the spiritual and moral development of students and supported by the way of school life, includes the organization of educational, extracurricular, extracurricular, including socially useful, activities of younger schoolchildren. The integration of the content of various activities of students in the framework of the program of their spiritual and moral development and education is carried out on the basis of basic national values. Each of the basic values, pedagogically defined as a question, turns into an educational task. What is the Fatherland? Family? mercy? law? honour? And so on. Understanding is the answer to a question. It is achieved through questioning the social values of values and the discovery of their personal meaning. To solve educational problems, students together with teachers, parents, other subjects of cultural, civic life turn to the content:

    • works of art;

    • periodicals, publications, radio and television programs reflecting modern life;

    • spiritual culture and folklore of the peoples of Russia;

    • history, traditions and modern life of their homeland, my land, my family;

    life experience of their parents (legal representatives) and grandparents;
