Slow carbohydrate diet

Protein-carbohydrate rather rigid, but effective diet, which is designed for three weeks. Weight loss on the passage of the entire course will be 5-7 kilograms.   • natural yogurt – 100 g;
  • strawberry – 50 g;

Pears and apples are washed and peeled, cut into small strips, pour with lemon juice. Next, mix the chicken egg, a spoonful of sour cream, flour and powdered sugar. Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Fritters bake about two minutes in a pan, greased with olive oil. Serve with your favorite syrup or jam.

Boiled meat with rice and spices

  • Beef – 400 g;
  • dill, parsley – a couple of twigs;
  • rice – 1 cup;
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc .;
  • soy sauce – to taste.

We wash the rice, pour it with cold water, leave for a couple of hours. We clean the beef from pits, wash and leave to cook, pour in cold water, periodically remove the foam. After boiling, remove the meat, cut into small pieces, again pour water and re-bring to a boil. Next, let’s do some greens. It needs to be washed, chopped and added to the meat broth. Cook for an hour. It’s time to do a side dish. Pour water, wash the rice and cook on medium heat until cooked. Wash cucumber, chop finely and mix with rice. Finish the dish with soy sauce, add salt and spices to taste.
