- from meat can be beef, veal, chicken, turkey, rabbit, but only in the form of meatballs, mashed potatoes, souffles;
- low-fat fish varieties: cod, pike perch, bream, pike;
- boiled or baked vegetables in ground form;
- dried wheat bread or crackers;
- soups (vegetable, chicken, cereal, noodles);
- eggs (steamed omelette);
- fats: butter, olive, refined sunflower oil;
- cereals and pasta: pasta, pasta, oatmeal, semolina, buckwheat, rice;
- fruits: savory, baked apples and pears;
- sweet compotes, jelly, jelly;
- drinks: weak tea, dogrose and wheat bran decoction.

Breakfast: 100g oatmeal; 100g boiled beef; 1 slice of white bread; 200 ml of mineral water without gas.
Lunch: 100g cottage cheese pudding; 1 slice of white bread; 100 applesauce; 200ml tea without sugar.
Dinner: 300ml vegetable soup; 100g fish steam cutlets; 100g pumpkin porridge with sugar; 1 slice of white bread; 100g cottage cheese; tea with milk.
Tea time: 100g meatballs; 150g carrot puree; 100g applesauce; 100g of yogurt.
Dinner: 150g of meatloaf; 150g mashed potatoes; 100g cottage cheese pudding; 1 slice of white bread; 100ml fruit jelly; 200ml tea without sugar.
